Q1. How long can I get feedback after sending the inquiry?
We will reply you within 1 hours in working day.
Q2. What is a hydrogen fuel cell?
A hydrogen fuel cell is a type of electrochemical cell that converts the chemical energy stored in hydrogen fuel and oxygen into useful electrical energy.
The fuel cell generates electricity through a chemical reaction between hydrogen fuel, usually in the form of compressed gas or liquid, and oxygen from
the air.
Q3. How does a hydrogen fuel cell work?
A hydrogen fuel cell works by combining hydrogen fuel and oxygen to generate electricity and water as the only byproduct. The fuel cell's anode and
cathode are separated by an electrolyte membrane. Hydrogen gas is supplied to the anode while oxygen is supplied to the cathode, and the two gases
then pass through the membrane where they react electrochemically to produce electricity.
Q4. Is hydrogen fuel cell technology safe?
Hydrogen fuel cell technology is generally considered safe when handled and used in accordance with proper safety protocols. However, there are some
safety concerns with the handling, storage, and transportation of hydrogen fuel, which must be addressed in order to ensure the safe use of this technology.
Q5. What are the benefits of using hydrogen fuel cell technology?
Hydrogen fuel cell technology offers several benefits over traditional fossil fuel-based energy sources, including reduced emissions and pollution, increased
energy independence and security, and improved energy efficiency and sustainability.
Q6. How much does it cost to use hydrogen fuel cell technology?
The cost of using hydrogen fuel cell technology varies depending on several factors, including the cost of producing and distributing hydrogen fuel, the
initial cost of purchasing and installing the fuel cell system, and ongoing maintenance and operating costs. However, as the technology continues to
develop and mature, it is expected that the cost of using hydrogen fuel cell technology will become increasingly competitive with traditional energysources
Q7. Can you do customized products?
Yes, our comission is to be the trustworthy partner of our customers. All our products can be customized.
Q8. What’s the payment term?
We will confirm with you of the type of transcations during our quotation part, EXW, FOB, CIF etc.
After sign the PI, you need to pay 50% deposit before producing and 50%before delievery. We only accept the payment term by T/T now.
Q9. Can you do OEM?
Yes, We can.
Q10. Can we ask for samples?
Yes, we can provide customers with small quantity of samples for free. But the delievery fee should be covered by customers.
For samples, it is usually delievered by DHL, UPS, FedEx or other express. If quantity is large, we can do by sea, by air and by train.
Q11. Where can fuel cells be used?
Fuel cells can be used in various applications, including transportation, stationary power, portable power, and backup power. They can power cars,
buses, trucks, boats, airplanes, and even homes.
Q12. Are fuel cells expensive?
Fuel cells are initially more expensive than traditional power sources, but their lower maintenance costs and longer lifespan can make them more
cost-effective in the long run. As the technology continues to evolve and production scales up, the cost of fuel cells is expected to decrease over time.
Q13. Are there any safety concerns with fuel cells?
Fuel cells are generally safe, but like any energy system, they require proper handling and maintenance. Issues such as hydrogen storage and handling,
fire safety, and corrosion can be addressed through proper design and operation.
