In order to determine the defect activity of the bottle pressure vessel, this paper adopts the magnetic memory method to detect the stress concentration position, mainly based on the regular inspection method of the pressure vessel, with the ultrasonic flaw detection as the main means, and according to the re-inspection results, the magnetic memory signal and the ultrasonic flaw detection method are investigated. Whether the signal is the same as the inspection result in the last inspection cycle. If the result is the same, it is considered that there is no expansion problem for the defect in the position, and the re-inspection cycle can be set as the normal regular inspection cycle of bottle pressure vessels.

A mechanical model for predicting the actual maximum load of steel pressure vessels, which considers that the ratio of the actual maximum load to its theoretically predicted value is a random variable conforming to a normal distribution; the reliability design method is used to analyze their distribution parameters; and how to reasonably determine the design pressure analyzed and discussed.
